Well, they scraped through on penalties but what an embarrassing result that is for West Ham. People up here go mental when one of our teams gets knocked out early but even that is nowhere near as bad as that West Ham result. Imagine the seethe if Allardyce had been the manager for that.

what's worse is that most of those players are first team fringe as a minimum.

 

although can't say it wasn't coming as last week we were poor as well.

 

hopefully that's the kick up the backside they need to get into shape/focused for the next round and the league which starts in a couple of weeks.

I think every team in that group will think that's a fantastic draw with the weakest 1st seed and one of the weaker second seeds. I can see it being an incredibly tight group, although lest hope wales win every game and make it boring!
