The 6music thing was an indication of crossover and quality. Kendrick spans more than just your average rap artist. I.e you wouldn't hear The Weeknd of Drake on 6music however Kendrick is

It could be a smaller tour with a couple of bigger dates like Wembley to come in 2016? I still expect them to headline.

I posted similar in the Glastonbury forum but they're missing out Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham and London so I reckon those four are part of an arena tour next year. Those dates will sell out really quickly so I doubt they'd have to wait too long too announce any arena dates.

I am hoping they play either Leeds or Sheffield arena too to make up for the lack of Yorkshire dates.

Looking at the reaction on twitter and facebook (I know) a lot of it is people complaining about there being no London, other Scottish dates and particularly Manchester so there's definitely some demand there.
