Good Theory but doesn't quite explain these two images as Tuesday's last image is a lot lighter than yesterday's.

It hasn't got a black head, so that rules out half the gulls, and whilst it potentially could be a common gull, or similar, this far inland it is likely to be a herring gull (in its natural habitat, miles from the sea, scavenging for any old shite). Yes, it is a slow day...

Looking really lovely and green at the moment. Can't wait to lay the Quecha down and get a nice kip before my mates arrive on Wed afternoon

Where you camping this year? Think we probably won't arrive til Weds afternoon either, so looking for pointers.

What's that big thing that looks like a ship on the left hand side? Is the greenpeace ship thing a permanent structure?

I think that may be the ship located in the Kids field?

Good spot though because I have never seen it on the cam!

Mind you, is rather well camouflaged.

Beautifully green at the moment.

Yes I believe you are correct. A herring gull most likely. The poor lad is three months early unfortunately. Then again, the old phrase 'the early bird catches the Halloumi' still comes to mind!

It is the Greenpeace ship.

Having the kids field to close to the stone circle might be a touch of poor planning.  The people in the stone circle see enough talking foxes without the help of Basil Brush

Ah ok, I must be all out at sea today.

Must do better with my knowledge of Glastonbury ships. I thought the one with the drop slide was the Greenpeace one.

Still I don't know the site as well as I thought, although I have never visited the kids field.

It is not the greenpeace ship which is a temporary structure.

It is the ship for kids irrespective of opinions on planng. It is not in the kids field.

Ah, is that the climbing frame type affair that's in or near the Greenpeace field?

    • Robyn hasn't sold out standing tickets at CO-OP live, wonder how many are left and if it'll have cheap tickets near the date.
    • Is anyone selling a medium camper van parking spot - I would love to buy it off you!   Bought our tickets a while ago and have since found out gf is pregnant and will be 7 months by festival! Luckily family have just bought a camper van we can borrow so we can still come along but… the medium parking spots have sold out 😞
    • Sure enough I did finish the Brosnan Bonds. Goldeneye is good but I think might be overrated by some Bond mega-fans, The World Is Not Enough is ok but nothing more than that and Die Another Day is just wild. I didn't hate Die Another Day like some have but its basically a wacky sci-fi film with Bond movie clothes.
    • Monaco comes across to me as something that's great for just watching people driving around, especially this year as it feels like this is a track where they can actually push compared to other circuits where superclipping ruins it, but where the cars seem to have outgrown it.   Though tbf Formula E has had decent Monaco races recently so maybe its a sign of car development philosophy being a factor.
