Bradders
Obviously the word while exists everywhere. :-) It's things like the shop's open while five. Instead of until five. Yeah I know I'm Northern but I understand that I would say "I'll be at work while 5" for example.
Bignews
i'm extremely confused by all of this being about as southern as you can get in the uk

Well jut say Cob then ffs. Having lived in the north and south I'd reserve the word cob for a crusty roll. As far as I'm concerned muffin/breadbun/teacake are soft. Gucci Piggy
Until not while (never heard that until today (or should that be while today)) Not really sure what a breadbun is. Maybe a roll or a bap? A quick Google found this, seems like a world of confusion...http://bizarrebritain.com/bun-bap-stottie-nudger-or-barm-cake/ Yeah roll and bap are probably what I'd use after breadbun. None of this muffin/teacake/barm/BATCH(?!) lark.
grumpyhack
The VATman got very exercised a few years ago arguing whether a Jaffa Cake was a cake or a biscuit (I think at the time they attracted different rates of tax).
JBarbour
It's clear noboby expects the next announcement soon I think it was penciled in for that half hour Annie Mac wasted on her show playing songs of already confirmed acts. But The Who leak and announcement changed things.

FuzzyDunlop
It's "5 wal 6". That's how southerns can tell which side of the pennines. Its "5 well (or will) 6" on this side. "5 wal 6" on the other. And we call the things you walk up "sturs" rather than "stares"
LondonTom
Wow that was a surprising read. Is it drinking evening oop norf? I thought every evening was up there What do you call a breadbun down south? As far as I can make out, you mean a roll? :S Well that was very confusing few pages to make heads or tails of! While/Well make no sense so ever! (5 well 6, would mean you are not sure of the time! and while just doesn't be right at all!) Its Until! H.M.V
Its a bap! Teacakes are covered in chocolate. And can't even get my head around the while thing cos it hurt me noggin too much. We seriously need a proper announcement.
