I thought it was Gossip that had one song made famous by Skins?!

There were a few bands I've heard that labelled against inclduing Arcade Fire. It was more to do with people complaining about new bands not being to their taste and using "it was on Skins" as an excuse. Gossip had another biggish song but Beth Ditto was too much of an annoying c**t for me to pay attention to them.

Yep same here, I know a shit tonne of Foals fans and they all go to Leeds as well. I really don't think many people would complain if they headlined. I mean, you know, apart from people who claim they only have one song.

Subjectively and on opinion, they pretty much have! As long as there was an alternative I wouldn't care that much, but that's different to if I think they should.

Aside from the several successful singles from each of their albums Foals only have one song

If a band doesn't bother you except for that though, it'd be hard to agree they have more so. Just because a band has previous recognition for whatever singles doesn't mean everyone has to agree it's good.

I think Foals are not quite outright headliners just yet hence why I'm guessing they'll be part of another fucking co headline duo.

Anyone think there is a chance they may sub Glasto this year? Maybe below Blur if they play and then do R&L and another fest in 2016.

I don't want to predict it if it's not right but my slightly hunch and it's a slim one is Glasto Other headliner Saturday.

I don't think anyone would argue they are now but in a year's time it could be a lot different. Definitely won't be coheadlining with YMAS.

I reckon they might sub Kanye but there's every possibility they're just doing a few inconsequential gigs here and there to top up their bank accounts.

No one is agreeing or disagreeing their songs are good, they are disagreeing that they have one song.

I can only name probably 2 or 3 songs by The Cure, because they've never really "bothered me", but I'm not going to go around claiming they only have 2 songs, because that's just being a nob for the sake of it.

You're a nob for not liking The Cure.

    • belated thanks for this ended up going, was a good evening and a great venue with a cracking beer selection (give the festival a few tips on that). Never been in before despite reasonably local.       Main takeaways from the film (as someone who didnt go for much later). The festival has changes a lot since then apart from the Green Fields that looked the exact same.  Me and my mate both agreed that Shambala is today than Glastonbury.   Cool piece of merch aswell.
