so It's likely I'll be in the SEC, especially as Saturday Night is Camp Rave Night when I am often invited to curate the programme! This is, of course, assuming that Saturday is not a techno line-up on the Dragonfly, as its tends to be Friday.

We seem to have the same taste, but I have no idea what you're talking about here. Never heard of Camp Rave, and never noticed one night in particular being techno line up at arcadia. Would love to hear more:)

Saturday night has become when I take a gang of not-really-ravers from our big camping group out, and curate a night of mayhem for them!

Arcadia's programming does vary, but if there's going to be a techno-heavier one, it has tended to be on the Friday.

you tend to get a banging techno night in the temple at some point too, just annoying if it clashes with Arcadia!

what’s catching your eye in Assembly?

would be interested in your thoughts on this too @bennyhana22

Always loved Crazy P  - will be strange to not have Danielle with them but they should deliver some gorgeous disco and funk. I guess they’re also one of the more accessible artists for those who are less keen on the dance/electronic music scene generally, but still want to explore the smaller dance stages (as is the case in our group)

As mentioned in the thread already - Dave Clarke / Ivan Smagghe should deliver some excellent acid techno. Perfect 2-4am material.

Craig always reliable! Suspect this won’t be his only set on the farm(as usual).

Personally, less keen on Saturday and Sunday, but Call Super / Shanti Celeste definitely has my interest! Only seen the former once before but he dropped plenty of golden-era tech house. Appreciate the vibe may be completely different this time round -but still very curious!

Don't do that to me! Slightly sadly, it's Davey Harvey playing and not Dave Clarke! Now that would be a techno set!

And, don't forget that Silver Hayes closes at 3am, so whenever they are, they'll be a bit earlier than your wish. I fear they'll play quite easy, like Sugar Free b2b Fonte, who were 2100-2230h on the Thursday last year in Assembly. I mean, come on, Glastonbury!

I got a bit excited there too for a minute but didn't think I saw Dave Clarke on the line up. I've not got a ticket yet though mind.

Ive never been to assembly - hoping to tick it of this year.   While I know most of the names on levels & LHC - i seem to know very little about these acts can any one hightlight any acts that have jumped out for them and possibly if you are feeling nice links to any sets would be magical.

Spray is an Irish DJ I might go and see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FWkrxfjzylo&t=1049s

Radioactive Man's DJ set I would also b interested in, electro / techno. I like his releases but there isn't much on youtube.

Dave Harvey b2b Ivan Smagge might also be good. Dave is the guy who runs Silver Hayes I think. No idea what their set will be like but Ivan is good.

Craig Richards is a legend, plays all kinds of stuff, this is from Fabric last year: https://soundcloud.com/fabric/018-craig-richards-recorded-live-from-fabric

OK WIlliams played Genosys last year and was good but she's on during the day https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DpWA9qVwZdY

That's most of the stuff id be interested in @Ben7amin_.

Moxie and Chanti Celeste are playing again but they play every year.

Spray also posted on insta he'll be playing Stonebridge bar. Really looking forward to his set, will be a vibe for sure.

Always a big queue for this but I made it in last year for Lens, it wasn't that bad

A friend of mine is coming with us this year and it's her first time. She's "slightly" underwhelmed with the line up but very excited all the same. She absolutely adores Barry Can't Swim and was hoping he'd be there. Are there any other acts very similar who you could recommend?

Gotta say, I rather like that! I'd be up for a late night set of hard/prog house like that, but not in Stonebridge for me. I really struggle to enjoy the vibe in there. Fingers crossed for more than one set...

I'd recommend that she hold tight until this time next month. The whole lineup landscape will be very different then. But for now, probably someone like Joy (Anonymous) might be right up her street. The Haai and Romy B2B will be full of melodic trancey bangers. Maybe Prospa too?

    • Having watched Linkin Park's Rock am Ring set I'd imagine they've used a different stage specifically for their light show, its insane
    • Blink, Slipknot and Maiden
    • Good luck! Have you also registered your interest on Twickets? https://partners.twickets.live/endoftheroad/ 🙂
    • Likelihood is it'll be on Sunrise and Alcove but theres potential for some more in the tent as there have been 8 acts on some days in recent years. Obelisk is likely full now unless they have a few shorter sets thrown in   Im surprised they haven't had some secret sets thrown into the mix this time round unless they do and we find some gaps in the schedule is released
