You seem to be quite the expert in the subject.

Typical tory.

My gf used to work for Betfair and she said that they had really sophisticated methods and software that could track and discover multiple accounts, even if someone logged onto Betfair with a different pc with same IP address it would be flagged up as a multiple account

Not related to Pete Townsend or even similar but web services and service providers could track any activities you carry out, they are very sophisticated and smart, would be very surprised if someone could access, view or download child porn without their ISP knowing

If the Who do complete the trio I think that's 3 big headliners personally. I don't like Foo Fighters myself but think the other two will be brilliant.

Everyone needs to lighten up a bit I think - seem to be moaning about any possible headliner anyone suggests.

Do you find people reacting more favourably to you now that you've traded up from Pete Doherty to Gruff?

I think it's a good of a reason as any to treat someone more favourably, but it's nothing to do with the name change

The reason I've changed it is because it seemed rather silly that I'd have myself named after a song that I'm not too keen on anymore. If I go off Super Furry Animals in future, I'll make sure I inform everyone before I change my username :P

I stated my intention to change it a couple of days ago on twitter and last night I just thought, 'fuck it'.

Hopefully, Paul "The Modfather" Weller will be struck from the record as well.

For I am no fan of Paul "The Modfather" Weller.

In fact, if there's one thing that winds me right up, it's Paul "The Modfather" Weller.

Paul "The Modfather" Weller. That's what they call him.

Paul "The Modfather" Weller.

In his Peacock Suit.

He certainly should be - he's playing a festival in Holland on the Sunday night.

    • If the rumours coming out of the U2 camp are correct (big stadium world tour) then think they're more likely to do Wembley, Twickenham, etc as they'll be able to bring their own production and typically like to go big.
    • I was thinking big London date and lots of smaller ones.
    • I don't think they are too big for Castlefield these days. They've not had a new album for almost a decade and they like playing smaller venues. Maybe multiple nights is another option as they do like residencies
    • Second half of next week I would expect for stage times.
    • made a last minute decision to go to Belladrum festival.   it was absolutely wonderful.   never been before, to be honest I think I was expecting a stage in a field and a burger van, but its nothing at all like that.   the site is beautiful, its small enough to get around, but big enough that there are things to discover round each corner, there are a good number of small stages tucked away.   you could quite easily convince yourself you were in Glastonbury in places.   I may have only been one time, but already learned a valuable lesson - the site itself may be Glastonbury like, but the "general camping" campsite is very much Reading like! as the morning mist rises... its a view like the Do Lung Bridge scene in Apocalypse Now...   so if you are not 15 years old, go to family or quiet camping which is fantastic.   its a real family friendly festival to - loads of families and kids of all ages running round and stuff for them to do.   I would 100% recommend it, and I really can't see any reason why I wont be going back next year!   🙂
