I can see both sides of the argument. The only way this will be settled is if the lineup is released today.

Personally I've never thought it would be today and have always said tomorrow so only time will tell.

I think Neil's just feeling a bit jealous that restaurant waitress knows more than him hehe :P

Nope, i'm just pointing out the blindingly obvious.

It's clearly bullshit.

As will be proven in 20 minutes when there's no announcement, which they claimed would be midday today.

Anyone want a bet? :)

Did they specifically mention midday? (Genuine question not just being difficult)

It would be odd to direct a shed load of traffic toward their site on the first day of payment window, which is why I don't think it will be until next week.

At the same time, the foolishly optimist in me would put a cold pint of Glastonbury cider on it dropping today.

maybe there will be some headline announcement in the next day or so, but the line up will not be out until the end of April............. IMO, which i hope is wrong!

I don't think it's inconcievable they could go for lunch and be chatting about it.

Believe me having worked in the service industry for a while when i was young, people have some bizarre conversations in public.

It seems a bit cynical to say they're after publicity, in that neck of the woods I'd imagine good work of mouth is more important than twitter.

Just had a quick look at the official site, I find it bizarre that there isn't a single reference to the fact that the balance window is now open. You would think that would be front and centre.

I thought this, I'm sure it wasn't like that last year.

I had to follow the link in the eFests article!

and yet they don't have any of the names that were spoken off, despite knowing they were spoken about?

"Shh stop talking about Prince, that nosey waitress is on the way over"
