Excellent news, Traditional for me please. Shame can't have some Heck's cider/perry too, that is pure Zummerzet nectar.

Have to disagree partly ref real ale, Glastonbury is the only festival I've been to which has served a good pint of real ale, especially in the tent by Acoustic. Good local, South West brews too.

Decent news especially I might have less cans to bring this year as I am coming by coach, as long as Cider Bus and Brothers Bar remains!!

Hopefully they will see having something decent at the main bars increases revenue and the larger/beer contract gets changed to!

You're from Portsmouth right? Get yourself down the Hole in the Wall in Castle Road and sample the Cheddar Valley! If not, they also have an excellent selection of real ales. Win win.

Ah unlucky. I'll have a pint in your honour next time I grace that place with my presence.

Always wondered... Who's Dean, and what did he do that's so good he gets a forest named after him?

Been to many beer festivals and agree most of the time it is nothing like a decent real ale pub which thankfully we have where I now live, The Forest of Dean..................... So Pompey pubs are out now apart from match days when I pop down.

The wife drinks cider though so I redeem a good Matt point there I hope :pardon:

Lets be honest here, the term 'Craft Cider Bar' is very much praying on the hype train, these ciders have been available for years as traditional ciders but much like Ales calling themselves Craft Beers they'll be able to charge a premium and attract the toffs while us people who liked real ale and cider all along will be penalized with a £1 premium on top of the £4.20 we'd expect to pay. :(
