Glasto line up is out!

I saw MGMT in the JP in 08 and thought they were so good I went to watch them in the Park again later. They were good then too. Everyone was going pretty mental both times. Am looking forward to them - but then I liked the second album.

Let's be realistic though - how many of those acts are going to be little acts noone has ever heard of playing the rabbit hole etc. I'm wondering whether there will be anymore biggies

I like Goldfrapp as a JP headliner, it would lend both the new album and old to be played, as the new is very low key at moody it needs a dark setting, would remind me of the groove Amada where she could let loose at the end with some dancier numbers.

I know he's doing the abbey gig but after the stones last year I can't help but think that Eavis has great things on his mind.

Led Zep being that for the Saturday.

To me the Line up does lack what the festival needs to stand out and that may be it.

I know the festival is much more than the headliners but surely there must be a chance.

Off to see Goldfrapp tonight. From what I've heard of this tour, it would definitely benefit from being in the dark. But the last third is a lot of the "hits".

Line up looking good to me ticket paid for a Pineau de re has just returned me £166 on the grand national which will be covering the glasto ticket cost.

The line up is only a small part for me! The whole festival itself is amazing, the line up just gets me a little bit excited!

they were fifth down, and that was off the back of that big single they had 'Maria', although yeah, about the same seems right

I'll be pretty annoyed if MGMT end up headlining a stage as it looks like I will want to see AF/Metallica/Disclosure but would have loved to have caught them. I thought mid other was nailed on.
