The Wombats would be brilliant as top half Other band to have a few beers & a dance to.

I had a really fluffy hamster that looked like a wombat. Miss him.

I had another before called Dave who had massive massive testicles.

:)

Marvellous! That's the sort of detail we need!

Maybe you should suggest the wombats, change their wombat to one with massive testicles? :P

I might be missing something really obvious but, that article mis-quotes the agents page quite notably -

The article says "“upcoming shows at Boiler Room, The Great Escape, Glastonbury and Brainchild Festival.”

The agents page actually says "upcoming shows at Boiler Room, The Great Escape, Glastonbury, Vice Hello 2013 and Brainchild Festival."

that would imply to me that the text was about her upcoming shows in 2013 (which included Glastonbury) and hasn't been updated since. And that stagedoor have just removed the festival name which makes the story less convenient.

Agreed. Vice Hello 2013 was in February 2013. Moko played the BBC Introducing stage at Glastonbury 2013. I'd say that was a badly researched story based on obviously old text.

    • TVOD are playing Blue Basement in London 2/9 with a complete EOTR/Psych Fest shaped hole before their next gig in Lyon on 8/9. Well received in the Big Top last year, reckon they're nailed on for a secret set in the Tipi.
    • Didn't they widen the entrance last year to enable them to increase the number of pitches or have I imagined this? Perhaps they might return under a different form of glamping?
    • It should forever be the Tipi.   Just as the news about Geese was shared on Twitter.
    • It really surprised me that Rock AM Ring made Download feel like an extremely well organised festival with good communication in comparison. If we were to ever try either of them again we would go for IM Park and stop in Nuremberg.     Agree that the long thin mainstage isn't great, but where the mainstage is makes it really hard to navigate when it is busy because of that choke point created by the food vendors, bar/lounges with a view of main and where the crowd is coming form second stage. The concrete is hard on the joints. The front standing is a pisstake and the communication from the fest about what is happening on site other than which campsites are filling up leaves a lot to be desired. Car parks being a free for all doesn't help either.   I think it really suffers being so far from anything other than small towns/villages that lack proper public transport and Koblenz being the closest town which you can can use to get public transport to the fest being 60km away.
    • Yeah its absolutely on me that isn't think Shinia Twain was an awful choice- i get that.  Im still of the paul simon, ELO kind of thoughts but I realise things change. Im still intrigued what constitutes legend though. Robert plant played and he wasn't a legend slot- to me that would have fitted. Is it a ' comedy ' ' good time ' slot now? Comedy isn't the right word - guilty pleasure or something like that?
