Of the ones listed I was at 3, '05, '07 & '16 of these 07 was just so hard work, there was no rest bite at all (also the last time I remember dancing at Joe Bananas) ..... I don't remember 16 being that bad on site, I know I got caught in the traffic ciaos on the way in and out, and we missed our ferry going home but I don't remember it having an effect on the festival itself, where as '11 i do remember the rain having an effect, especially Friday night, but then it cleared and I discovered the wheel of four tunes for the first time so not all bad hahaha -
Israel knew that as with all urban warfare there would be a lot of civilian casualties, and while this might play into Hamas's hands in the short term, it's clear to Israel that there could never be peace and security for Israel while Hamas runs Gaza. Israel's calculation was that they could get rid of Hamas within a few months using military force. It remains to be seen whether that's possible, but they still seem to think it is. Hamas's position has always been the more civilian casualties the better.

Will the festival bus station still operate a shuttle around to the WV entrance, or is that not a thing anymore and I have to go through the site? -

My assumption on this is that, while they will be principled to an extent, they've worked out that they stand to lose a lot more from their fans abandoning them or getting hassled under every social media post than they stand to lose through not playing Download. Will be interesting to see what Soft Play do after dropping out of the Great Escape. Surely based on the whole "disruption" thing they're going to drop out closer to the weekend? -

There are usually a couple of food vans in E20 straight in front of you as you come up the hill of death from PGC.
