Listened to some of the snippets on iTunes . When did his voice go insane?

Music Exec just congratulated me on getting a ticket because "they will be gold dust now Oasis are playing".

Probably not a "pretty good source" after all.

Apologies.

It was an unsolicited comment though.....

Unlike all these other reformations, Oasis' live reputation (at least since their heyday) has always been very poor. I went to see them seven times or so as they were the first band I ever got into, and none of them would make my top 20 gigs or so. Which considering how many of the songs hold so many memories is quite something.

just had a guy mail me some info, saying that a reformed oasis is happening.

He's someone who has sent us kosher info in the past, tho he's also sent us some wrong stuff. His place in things means that he hears stuff but has no way of knowing whether what he's hearing is correct. He has his doubts about this.

But then again, it's quite likely that his source would know about it happening if it is happening, so there might be something to it.

He's told me enough for me to do some decent digging around, which I hope will be enough to find out something either way.

PS: nothing about what he said relates to Glastonbury, BTW. Just that they're (supposedly) reforming. I've posted it in here because this was the first Oasis topic that came up when I searched for Oasis.
