Fits the bill of "never headlined before". In fact, to my knowledge, he's not played the UK much in his career. Going by all reports he completely knocked it out of the park at Coachella the other year, and he could bring an all-star entourage with him. Eminem, Snoop Dogg and, dare I suggest it, Ice Cube and MC Ren.

Probably a long shot, but would I personally like to see him at Glastonbury? Well, to quote the man himself, heeeeelll yeah!

He's on the list of must see acts for me, pretty high aswell i'd rank him as probably my favourite rapper. Along with Public Enemy, Kendrick Lamar and Earl Sweatshirt i need to see Gutted i missed Public Enemy this year it looked really good but i had to see The Rolling Stones and i would have been dissapointed with the lack of Flav.

I seen him & Snoop at Coachella last year and they were absolutely amazing, would go down a treat at Glasto! Ridiculously good live, I reckon Dre would be a good shout but doubt it would happen, Eminem is probably more likely? He's got a new album out hasn't he?

I think the problem with Em is that he hasn't been very good for a while. Sure I'm gonna get a lot of stick for this but regardless of ego problems/attitudes Kanye is far far more relevant and Dre is far more classic. In my eye booking Em would be like booking Katy Perry or Taylor Swift, he's a pop star who hasn't released anything with artistic merit since Encore IMO! Then again De gustibus non est disputandum!

Dre on his own wouldn't work at Glastonbury. hell, even in America he needed Snoop to carry him most of the way, and he's far bigger there than he is here

as for Eminem, i don't think he'd really work at Glastonbury. there's a whole thread discussing how Metallica would encourage the wrong type of 'behaviour' or what have you, and the same could be said for Eminem i guess. dickheads galore (and that's coming from a fan - well, of his old stuff, anyway)

eminem is pants live, its closer to a karaoke show.

he'll real through much of his latest album that the majority of a festival crowd will not give a crap about, then play all his classics in 30-90 seconds time slots. All of which is over backing tracks which take a lot away from the live elements and actual rapping of the man his self.

probably the most disappointing person i've ever seen. Dr.Dre looked quality at coachella however.
