They seem to owe IOW a performance so if they play a fest I can see it being them

Why?

If they're even still together I don't see them doing anything next year. I think Coxon is working on another album and Damon seems to be doing fine. The album sessions were meant to be a disaster so new material wouldn't come easy either.

I really don't think RATM playing would be that much better than Linkin Park playing. They're just as irrelevant now and they've done the gimmicky comeback already and confirmed they're too unimaginative to write a new album.

I don't think they'll tour; it's just that if they do I reckon they'll do IOW

Yeah I sorta agree. I wanna see them and I keep telling myself its because they are (were) such a fucking awesome band, but in truth I only want to see them to see Killing In The Name Of. Otherwise I'm good just enjoying them on record and not spoiling it with a rubbish show.

Thing is, I'd watch and probably enjoy them, but I've been feeling since 2007 that they've just been pissing on their legacy and showing themselves to just be one-trick ponies. I expect seeing them live would just accentuate that.

    • 1st game of the season Friday, Wolves v Port Vale in the league Cup. Will be my 8 year olds first ever  game live and he is a wolves fan. ☹️   Fair to wolves the pricing is great. Adult £12 and under 16 £3 for the game.
