Biffy would be brilliant for T. They're long overdue a headline appearance. They smashed it at Leeds last year.

Well with festivals in July announcing headliners, it seems it could be true.

Green Day were probably the worst main stage headliner I saw this year (out of Kings of Leon, Blur, Rammstein, Depeche Mode, Editors, Biffy Clyro and Green Day). Enjoyable for a bit, but the show becomes boring even after about an hour. SOAD also blew them away at Leeds.

Arctic Monkeys, Biffy Clyro, KOL/Oasis. Starting to doubt there'll be anything from Oasis next year, so probably KOL.

I swear they've been ruled out for glasto about 4 times now, and then something always spurts out which kicks the rumour again.

The only headliner I see getting announced for July at the minute is Arctic Monkeys, because they obviously don't mind being announced. Still many festivals and headliners to be announced for festivals

They're supposedly 'on a break' from the end of June (so Glasto weekend) until the last end of July (when they have a date in NA I believe)

Arcade fire have been announced for north side/primavera in May and June, there isn't anything that's happened to make roskilde festival claims untrue and rather the contrary.

Now I would love them the play festivals in July as it would give me more options. I do believe roskilde festival though as it seems a strange comment to make, why would a roskilde make a claim like that.

It wouldn't have been their full stage show though as they did Dookie in it's entirety, which I was glad to see to be fair

Phoenix, The Lumineers, The 1975 are playing. Can we rule these out, or are they more likely? I'm unsure as to what it means for T.

2 hour flight to spain probably won't bother most of these acts.

Not a huge amount of cross over. Don't the bands also play a twin festival in Lisbon that weekend. If they do, then it probably rules a fair amount of them out.

seeing as all three played last year right? I expect them three to probably give it a miss, surprised about the 1975 though, would think they'd want to milk this new market they've built for themselves with this new album.
