My name is a quote from Cold Feet when David stiffed Adam with the bill at a wine bar. It became a bit of a catchphrase between my husband and I and it was around this time we got our first computer and started needing usernames for various things so I started using it. Not sure I would have used it if I knew it would be something that followed me around forever but I just can't be bothered with having different names for everything I'm a member of.

The avatar is just a pic that was on my computer that seemed the right kind of size. Should really find a better one but I do love animals so I suppose it's as relevant as anything else really.

I was "Union" on one of the Vegas boards I frequented, at the time I needed a user name, looked around, my keys were on my desk and one of them was branded Union, which I thought was a decent name. Just added "TheNew" as the name was taken on some of the other board I went on and have used it since.

The Avi is me avoiding the sun and dust at Optimus Alive last year, replacing the Brothers bottles that I had since Brothers did that promotion a few years back.

Simples..... my name is Si and I do EOD for a job. As for the avatar, you got to love a little subliminal message here and there :)

If you see it on a hoody hanging round the cider bus looking lost on the wednesday tell me not to be a wuss and come say hi!

About 25 years ago, someone wrote ian the worm inside a referance book of mine which I still use at work. As I signed up to efests during one lunchtime it just sounded nice. I've never used the name elsewhere.

I drew my updated avatar recently as the previous picture of Professor Yaffle from Bagpuss didn't match. I'd chosen that as he's just like me.

My real name is Elizabeth Frontbottom.

Duck has been my nickname since I was about 14, and I was a little goff when I started registering for things on the interwebs so I added evil to the front and have just stuck with it on everything. When evilduck is taken I resort to evilbatduck which came from a batman top I was wearing the first time it happened.

My initials and 777 is a shortened version of my email address. I wasn't too sure what to choose when I signed up so stuck to what I know, but I've been thinking about getting it changed for a while now.

I took the pic on Sunday morning at the Festival in 2009 shortly after sunrise; it was short listed for the Festival Annual Fan Photo Award later that year, which was eventually won by a pic of a bloke lying in a coffin smoking weed!

My name is Lucy and I'm a ginger. I'm lucyginger everywhere online.

I couldn't think of a suitable avatar so I googled 'redhead cartoon female' and that came up.

I might change it to one of me one day. Then again, I might not!

Name is from filthy rich and redknapp off that I had on a spurs board. The shortened version seems fitting for certain years at Glasto.

Picture is the el wire Pacman and ghosts we had at Glasto 10 and an improved version we made for sgp last year which is where the pic was taken.

My pals took them to burning man and we'll probably bring them back to Glastonbury this year

Grumpy, because I'm a Grumpy Old Man. (I'm really quite cheerful but when I watched the Grumpy Old Men series on the TV I found myself agreeing with so much they said that I decided that it was actually quite fun being grumpy).

Hack because I used to be a journalist.

These days I'm an adult ed tutor and at the end of one of my courses one of my students gave me this little cuddly toy, and I took a photo for my avatar.

I was really touched because he'd got this man with a beard, like me and even had my name, Pete, embroidered on the hat.

He was actually a bit of a 'Del Boy' who also bought and sold things on the markets and he later admitted to me that he'd bought a box of 2,000 little men and when he got home and opened the box he discovered that they all had the name Pete on them. So he was looking for 2,000 Petes to shift them to and I was the first one to come along.

Little Pete now comes with me as a mascot on all of my courses and I sit him on the desk in front of me and in the first session I tell the learners the story of how I came to acquire him.

My nickname, relating to my last name & that I used to be lazy at school. Pic is of Andy, myself & Charlie at Reading 2011 during what we now call the "Gin Blackout Friday" after drinking too much duty free gin in my tent during the rain.

Mine is simply the initial of my surname which is Ellis and my avitar is the Arc Bar where we first found Lords of Lightning, I love lightning storms so this made my Glastonbury in 2010

    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
