Well I'm very pleased with Blink as they're one of my favourite bands and i didn't honestly think they'd be announced. However I can sympathise with everyone who's pissed off as it is very soon since they last played and it is lazy. Overall I'm happy and I'm intrigued to find out who the British headliner is.

Spoiler alert:

It'll be Arctic Monkeys.

Feeling bit better about the announcement now. Only a small snippet of the festival. Plus it probably means Luckysalt was right and Arctic Monkeys are playing which would make me very happy. Going to enjoy the festival anyway. Didn't really care for any headliner on the Sunday of 2010 and yet still had a great time watching Klaxons. Plus every year there has been plenty to keep me occupied.

I know when i brought up Pendulum as a headliner a few weeks ago people thought they were too weak to headline but too strong to sub... Are they bigger or smaller then Blink and does this announcement change anything??

well Lucky said he'd gotten info that the two headliners were Blink and Arctics, so now that Blink have been announced Arctics are seeming pretty likely. only thing making them seem unlikely is efests taking them off the rumours list, so i guess we shall see
