To go from Green Day, Eminem and Biffy Clyro with SOAD, Chase and Status & NIN too Blink 182, Arctic Monkeys and Queens/Paramore is pretty shocking.

Especially when it looks like subs will probably be You me at six and foals and maybe vampire weekend. very poor

This time last year, we only had Eminem out of those announced. Along with Skepta and Wiley and Alt-J, which I would argue are all poor bookings.

This time last year I was happy with two acts: Eminem and Alt-J

Today I am happy with two acts: Disclosure and Metronomy.

7 acts have been announced and there are still tonnes more to go. Chill out.

I would much prefer blink, arctics, queens/paramore to green day, eminem & biffy. Nin and SOAD saved the lineup last year for me as biffy were the only headliner I cared for. Headliners on nme were crap for me too

Biffy Clyro is definitely not as big as Blink so i don't see why do many people are kicking off about the announcement

im not a fan of Blink, but i think they'll be great fun with all the singalongs

I actually like 2014 lineup more than 2013 lineup except for dull Blink-182

Also foals and vampire weekend are amazing

    • €225 plus fees (as a 2026 ticketholder and with Revolut) is a crazy good deal.
    • I don't think PJ has as much broad appeal in the UK as GNR has. Rock listeners will know Alive and Jeremy so on, but which songs would a random person off the street know? With GNR you have Welcome To The Jungle, Sweet Child O Mine and Paradise City to name a few.

    • They appear to say on their IG posts that you can combine two discounts (so yes) but not three ie you cant also claim the resident discount.
