One of the best cities for students isn't it? Wish Brighton uni offered the course I want to do, but I guess Sussex uni is close enough

Had some awesome nights out, yeah. The students at Sussex Uni are doing some great stuff fighting privatisation atm as well.

And yeah its great in the summer, lovely beach without all that cringey 'British seaside' tat.

Also, just to keep it on topic- got some wicked music venues

Not to add fuel to the fire, but, I've seen some ridiculous positioning at R/L - Limp Bizkit 5th comes to mind (after they'd headlined Rock am Ring) but Editors at 5th is equally ridiculous - surely they can't stay there?

Well they would have to play Eminem day, they played V a few years ago and were quite low on second stage I seem to remember well it was about 5pm? So I guess they aren't bothered about having a huge slot, could slot in on main or somewhere on second or headline FR?

The rest of the south are rich enough to come London /has no where decent /population hub for bands to play. (Depends what you consider the South really )

And oh as for Uni's saw some south coast ones mentioned...Bournemouth is where it's at ...it's a glorious town!

i'm at trent and its good, just keep away from st anns on the whole but thats sort of out of the centre so all good. rock city on thursdays is alright, saturday is great there. load of bars and stuff in and around the centre as well, if you ever go and find yourself in a bar called cucumara don't get a leg wobbler drink in there... the name is self explanatory
