Efestivals is the chat of the reading facebook page. one person claiming the press release is fake and whoever made it needs to get out more and that efestivals has been wrong before

On a serious note though if the NME stage running order is as that press release seems to indicate & there aren't any more bands to slot into the higher places I can see why people consider it weak...

Last year all of the NME sub-headliner acts could have headlined the tent on their own: Two Door Cinema Club, Foster the People & The Cribs... that's arguably a stronger set than this years headliners & could you imagine ASAP Rocky, Jake Bugg & Azealia Banks headlining the NME? HA! For that reason I hope a few more bands will be slotted in here & there, but I doubt it.

you said the order lineup, and i imagine as you have Alt-J at the top and Skrillex, you'd have Pheonix there as well? Unless you've not switched them and not realized?

Pretty much how I am thinking apart from NIN, although I would give them another go.

This is(was) going to be my final Reading/leeds so a bit of a bummer of a lineup.

The only way I can see Azealia Banks and ASAP Rocky subbing is if they had to make a massive play to keep them away from V, as they could quite easily play there instead. Even so they'd be damn weak subs, and I love Azealia Banks.

I was really psyched for NIN's return from hiatus, and thought they'd be enough on surrounding them to justify a weekend ticket.

Oh well, frees up some money so I can hopefully do EotR before Bestival instead.

Looking at the grid, I'm interested in Editors, System, Tame Impala, Mallory Knox, Foals, The 1975, Frank Turner, NIN, Twin Atlantic, HAIM, Peace, Phoenix, White Lies & Deap Vally.

Its good, its just lacking big acts for me...

yeah glasto around 99/2000 time and was really disapointed. They could of had an of day or I might of had.

so if I do go will see them again.
