Me and the other 30 people who saw them at Leeds in 05 thought they were amazing.

The 50k plus stood watching the outside a tent had no idea what they were missing. Pure lunacy......

This years Best British Band: Biffy (headlining) Best International?... The Killers.

Have they played together? Who knows. They did have a heavier band in qotsa under them years back. Chuck Bloc Party in on a different day so it's not a total top two IOW copy. Also Frank Turner is playing The Killers day at T, perfect to play mid main on that below a couple of other heavier bands.

All we actually know or guess is that day is SOAD and Deftones.

It's not anymore crazy than the idea of FM or The Who heading and sharing a T band is not unknown.

Could up with a The Killers, SOAD, Deftones, YYY's, Frank Turner top 5 or similar.

I'll also add, The Gaslight Anthem are supporting them, 3rd at Download, nothing to say they'll hit Reading again, but should get, subbing NME Friday is basically the same spot they are getting at Wembley in terms of placing. They are also a band that'd fit that day well.

Why do people insist that the third headliner is an act not yet suggested. This thread is 927 pages long. If a band or act is headline sized (and appropriate) it has been suggested, weighed up and probably thrown out.
