I think Prodigy have to be headliners

One of the main reasons they subbed in 2009 is because they had whored themselves out to the festival scene; they played at Glastonbury, Isle of Wight, Download and Reading and Leeds.

As an exclusive they could easily headline though, and there is no doubting that they are big enough, particularly with a new album out

This is true to be fair.

Biffy, The Prodigy and Eminem would possibly get me back but that's still two bands that played Download last year, that said, it's part really the same company that booked them as well.

Who would you choose as realistic subs with those headliners?

You are misunderstanding, it's not sexism directed at her (tho she doesn't really help the feminist cause by flashing her boobs) it's mocking the majority of Paramore fans who like them simply because they fancy the girl singer which was connected to the starting point of why are they popular.

I'm a big Paramore fan :D

Anyhow, yeah, I think they will headline R&L in the future and they will draw a big crowd.

People dislike them, but why can't these people just say, "Yeah I think Paramore are crap" without bringing Hayley Williams up in some way?

The twitter pic is real, she claimed her account was hacked into but she never reported it and some techie has proved the pic was taken mins before it going up on twitter which makes it very unlikely to be a hack job.
but even if it's real it doesn't get to mean that she habitually flashes her tits. I didn't find anything to suggest that it's happened once when on stage, let alone it being regular.

    • I see, well even if they aren't on sale it's still not a disaster sales wise, it's not like they are struggling to sell a half capacity areana
    • Blue dot wouldn’t be a thing if Ticketmasters dynamic pricing went down as well as up, it proves that the dynamic pricing was just a scam to make more money rather than something that moved with the market supply/demand.
    • I agree that we’ll never really know up until the concert happens (and even then we still may not know) but I think promoters are having to come up with new tactics to combat ‘blue dot fever’ (already hating that phrase!) and trying to imply that concerts are selling better than they actually are / available tickets are in short supply is definitely one of them.    To add though, it is quite common at the O2 Arena for the rear blocks to not go on sale (and then remain closed for the concert and covered over to hide the empty seats). And equally common for standing to sell out first, then side/lower tier seating next and rear/upper tier seating last.    Jungle’s two concerts at the O2 are a good comparison for this - for their 1st (announced) date, all blocks are on sale and seats in all sections remain unsold, whereas for their 2nd date, the rear blocks are greyed out (more so than for Muse) and equally lots of seats remain unsold in the blue blocks. Standing for both concerts are showing as sold out.
    • MGK can and should headline. I was at one of his shows earlier in the year as a very casual fan, and there were a lot of alt people there. The show was actually class and he completely won me over. Anyone who opposes him headlining is just a gatekeeper imo, we need to move with the times.
