I don't get the Twin Peaks hype, I got through most of the 1st season before I just had enough. It reminds me of Desperate Housewives but even with blander acting.

I'm watching Gotham, Sons Of Anarchy and Impratical Jokers as the only shows I'm watching right now.

I’m on the 3^rd episode and imo it’s good but could be better, the pilot drags a bit but once the supporting characters (I have a hard time deciding if I like The Penguin, Alfred or Will Smith’s wife more) start to get screen time it improves. TBH I’m a sucker for Batman so it’d have to be complete shit for me not to enjoy it.

UK one - channel 4 have decommissioned it to "focus on other dramas" - think writer said he had 2 more series planned. US one still going ahead.

a new TV channel has just launched here - "Made In Bristol". A TV station for Bristol.

I gave it 30 minutes last night, and it's a great reminder of just how slick 'normal' TV is.

This woman seemed to only get the one track on Jools last night but I found her incredible, she takes the chic cool of Peggy Lee's sixties sound (Is that all there is, Fever) and Nina Simone and brings it to another level entirely, her strength being that she sings in the lower register but it just seems so natural, will definitely check her out if she tours Ireland.

Think it was axed for lack of support of series 2. Loved series 1, didn't even know series 2 had been aired until it had finished. Big shame imo, C4 should review their promotion! Be interesting to see what the USA do with it.

Who needs Gotham when the 60s TV series is coming out on blu-ray? I spent 10 years watching Smallville be the most repetitive piece of shit in every conceivable way for every episode apart from the first and last of each series, so I'm not being sucked in again. Would have watched the absolute shit out of the tragically axed Wonder Woman series though.

I've always found the concept of Utopia pretty interesting but just poorly written, for me. The show just seemed to consist of the characters going from one place to another with eerie music, kooky settings and not a lot else going on throughout. That said, I'll probably give the US series a go considering they have David Fincher and Gillian Flynn adapting it as Gone Girl is supposed to be pretty good.

Agents of SHEILD just gets better and better

Even thought it wasn't to much of a shock Simmons turned to be undercover, I thought it was an intresting idea and development. Especially the end where she proved her loyalty.

Think Blizzard is going come back even more powerful after his little fall, would have been better to not tell us they haven't yet found his body!

2nd Episode of Star Wars Rebels was also neat, had a really cool tie into the original trilogy

Really liked Gotham last night as well.Didn't realise it was Bruno Heller who was developing it.He did The Mentalist as well which I'm a big fan off.

The fictional characters are getting killed off as I expected. Two episodes to go so I expect a lot of shit to go down. I think Gillian is going to play a big part in all of this. The flashbacks and present day events will come together.

And that chef in the restaurant at the end of the task who paid £70 for 4 bags of potatoes wants sacking. Best maris pipers should be no more than than £7.50 a bag. Trust me - I know. When that knob jockey opened the pitch at £150 I nearly fell off of the settee.

I love the show, simply because of the self assured arseholes getting their comeuppance.

Spoiler below unless you know about the real history of Capone, "Nucky" and Luciano.

But its limited due to time! Only two episodes. We've yet to see Capone arrested, Nucky charged and Luciano setting up The Commission. Presume its going to end with the end of prohibition. Only 90 odd minutes left.

P.S. I hope we see Gillian get some sort of revenge on Nucky for Jimmys death. Maybe she tips them off about his taxes or something.

I am sure busineses only buy off them cause of the cameras and to get the publicity. Basically the sales strategy is to shout random numbers until the business agree.
