"Someone has died at Prince's estate in Minnesota.

Authorities responded to a medical emergency at his Paisley Park studio on Thursday morning. The Carver County Sheriff's department in Chanhassen, Minnesota tells TMZ there has been a fatality, and they're notifying next of kin"

Doesn't say Prince has died, unless I'm missing something.

Everyone's rushing to press on the TMZ report, in an attempt to not be 'late', which is quite sloppy journalism to be fair. Hence why I said "reports suggest" rather than declaring him dead in the thread title. Clinging on to all hope it isn't true, we've lost too many icons this year already, but RIP if it is true :(

The articles out there on this are a bit odd. He may in fact have died, but I'm waiting for something more official before going into full mourning.

Half are reporting 'SOMEONE found died at Prince's estate' and the others are outright claiming it's Prince himself who has died.

This.. Lets not get too worked up before we party like it's 1999 in his honour.
