Suds are the only band thats confirmed on the podcast so far due to them being on Big Scary Monsters as the owner is the guest.

Strange that trees doesn't get the podcast exclusive that arctangent did

Also with the guest on, I'm guessing they may view it as less interesting to the guest or to than what else they can discuss

I don't think this particular guest would care as he's heavily involved in Trees.

The interview is over 2 hours without them waffling at the front which is probably the main reason.

They never do. I think they've said before Trees goers aren't huge listeners of the pod compared to ATG & Damnation

Yeah it’s definitely more of a damnation/arctangent pod.

Im preparing myself for disappointment at this point, the trees headliners can be a bit underwhelming at times

This is the worst trio of headliners Trees has had since I started going in 2019 imo

however the undercard is still pretty damn good so I'm still excited about it

is this the final line up now or is there still room for a few more smaller bands do we reckon?

I think this is it overall but feel like the Thursday is a bit lighter than the other days so not 100% sure

I'd say that 2019 and 2023 were way worse than this. Didn't watch a main headliner in 2019 and in 2023 I only saw Soft Play as I don't really like The Bronx

A tad underwhelming but at least I know I won't miss Glassjaw or High Vis.

I was hoping they'd add couple more hardcore bands but I'll take Higher Power. Cosmic Psychos filling the annual Aussie Bar Band slot is also hilarious - I hope they're main stage in mid afternoon sunshine.

Great little lineup this. Plenty I’d watch but already got MCR booked. Might try and attend Thursday/Friday but may be a struggle as got a flight after MCR in London so camping > London > Holiday might be a bit of a task.

I like all three headliners and with Sunny Day, it would have been a winner for me. Shame, I am not going as the MCR clash had me returning my tickets and now committed to other London events that weekend. Hope all those still going have a blast.

Sunny Day is an awesome get for this, headliners arent the best but this is the best lineup ive seen for trees bar that

Sunny Day is the get and I say that as someone not really bothered, then you've got Marmozets. The rest is meh.

Surprised at no Malev. I was told directly that they were doing Slam Dunk and ‘another one’. By process of elimination, I assumed it would be Trees, as they said no to DL, BOA & R&L when I asked about those.

Burn It Down came to my mind instantly but it's probably too small for them, but they do occasionally manage to get a headliner on the large side for it

    • Not necessarily but it should be, Download have a habit of messing it uo when others get the bookings on point. Good Charlotte I doubt are playing 3rd down and that too 3 that day while dreamy is too strong. I think you'd have one another day to help sell weekend tickets. I also doubt Papa Roach play.
    • Here's a bit of a wild stab, few placings may be off, and for all I know half of these won't actually be touring next year, but screw it, it's a bit of fun   Pyramid: Sabrina Carpenter, Phoebe Bridgers, TBA (Florence + The Machine), Garbage, The Last Dinner Party, Interpol, Alex James Britpop Classical Other: Chase & Status, Teddy Swims, Clairo, The Kooks, Zara Larsson, Kingfishr, Sports Team, Orbital West Holts: Robyn, Baby Keem, De La Soul, Deltron 3030, JID, Dua Saleh, kwn, Daniela Latila Woodsies: Bonobo, Darkside, TBA (Tame Impala), Laufey, Warmduscher, Wednesday, The Lottery Winners, The Royston Club, Florence Road Park: Patti Smith, Super Furry Animals, Slayyyter, The Cardigans, Skye Newman, Kelly Lee Owens, Teen Jesus & The Jean Teasers   Pyramid: Harry Styles, The xx, Richard Ashcroft, The Pogues, Jessie J, Sigrid, Travis Other: Rosalia, Sombr, Mitski, Alex Warren, Holly Humberstone, Cat Burns, Pale Waves, Yard Act West Holts: Basement Jaxx, Elyanna, Clipse, L’Imperatrice, Nation of Language, Jim Legxacy, Yazmin Lacey, RIP Magic Woodsies: Suede, Chvrches, Bleachers, MUNA, The Cribs, Keo, Bleech 9:3, The Lilacs Park: MARINA, Magdalena Bay, Jacob Alon, TBA (Lily Allen performs West End Girl), Getdown Services, Isaac Wood, Snail Mail, Madra Salach Pyramid: Sam Fender, Hozier, David Byrne, Cher, Obongjayar, David Gray, Billy Ocean Other: Doja Cat, Deftones, Addison Rae, Ren, Viagra Boys, Maisie Peters, The Reytons, Hard Life West Holts: Kano, Thievery Corporation, Angine De Poitrine, Thee Sacred Souls, Brooke Combe, Sasha Keable, Master Peace Woodsies: The Wombats, Metronomy, Geese*, Dry Cleaning, EsDeeKid, Sienna Spiro, Cowboy Hunters, Radio Free Alice Park: Big Thief, Laura Marling, MJ Lenderman, Richard Dawson, Oklou, Maruja, Dead Dads Club, Ratboys   *There's always one band booked for Woodsies that ends up being massively under-billed and gets shut down really early. They'd be better off playing somewhere like Other sub, but I could see the G getting them to play a smaller stage while it's still possible
    • Another Kraftwerk one for me today, as just back from seeing them.
    • Completed my 2026 survey. Put down Super Furry Animals as my most wanted for next year but suspect the moment has gone for that. Popped a big shopping list in the box for who else you would like to see. 🙂
