2000 Trees 2026

Its weird they're not hyping up the announcement at all though. Arctangent was announced on socials a week before and had multiple teasers leading up to it; all Trees has had is a comment on a podcast that it'll be the week after ATG and a line in an email that's just "sooner than you think"

A previous email also said something about finalising details or similar. I'm guessing they haven't got a specific band they want to announce completely over the line? So are hesitant to hype before it's all signed?

He's always more excited over whichever has been easier to book 😂

Funeral would seem a very easy and obvious get for this. Crowd pleaser. The IG post almost looks too obvious. Suspect the third headliner will be US and Dropkick still has the gap in shows on 2KT weekend.

It feels like it is slowly but surely coming together. Hard to believe these would have been first choice but he did already suggest he’d spoken to the likes to AFI and couldn’t make it work.

Some great picks for me (in addition to the 2x Arcane Roots sets):
Marmozets, Militarie Gun, As Everything Unfolds, Anthony Green, Big Truck, Greywind, Buds., goo

Who are Big Truck? Can't find anything about them and assuming it's not a redacted version of Big Ass Truck?
