Silver Hayes Lineup 2024

That's the first area announcement that's gotten me excited. Palms Trax, Job Jobse, Luke Una, Crazy P, Midland and a good few more I'd happily go and see. Without doing any digging into the 70% of names I don't recognise.

Only gripe would be that the Friday across the festival is gonna be clash city. Sunday by comparison will be a struggle to fill, so far.

I’m all over Fat Dog @ lonely hearts on Sunday - do they usually have guitar bands on that stage? Thinking it’ll be an early afternoon set

Me too. Hoping they play somewhere else over the weekend too, still hoping for a new stage announcement to replace Williams Green with new bands.

Some great stuff. But...

Was really hoping for another Saturday evening Ben Bohmer/ anjunadeep, type act. Also hoping the missing prog house acts from Glade had moved here but sadly not (Sasha/ Digweed/ Warren etc).

Am I right there isn't one act that's deep house/ anjunadeep/ prog/ trance?

Job Jobse sometimes does a decent set of this (his essential mix was sublime) so hope to catch him.

Please recommend if I have missed someone.

They’re here, performing under their dove alias on Thursday, pretty sure once people work it out it will be rammed

They’ve commented a picture of a dove on the instagram post so already getting the world out. It will indeed be rammed.

They’re also apparently doing their Chroma show on IICON one night.

I don’t think I’ll be anywhere else but The Levels on the Friday. That line-up is insanely good!

Any recommended YT sets from that lineup you can link me to?

Really excited for Porij, CASISDEAD, Fat Dog and Antony Szmierek.

My Mum lives in Cadishead (Salford) and I was confused there for a second or two!

Line up wise. I'm a senior raver nowadays and still get excited by Haslam, Park, Jefferson, Nipper, Welly etc but given the response from you guy's I Will endeavour to sample the wares over the weekend.

    • It was awful during Father John Misty and I was close to the front. People just shouting and laughing their f-ing heads off about nothing in particular and being louder than the bloody stage.
    • Other things I noted yesterday, away from the obvious…   Positives: - an extra water point towards the back left of the main stages has appeared, which I believe is new for this year (and was much needed) - handing out free ponchos was a good touch  - caroline were fantastic. I’d never been in the Auditori Rockdelux before, it’s a wonderful venue and a great venue if you fancy a more chilled out environment  Negatives: - the talkers. I know it’s always bad here (and most festivals nowadays) but f**k me people wouldn’t shut up yesterday. I wonder if it was partly as a result of people being at artists they had little interest in (due to rain limiting their options), although it wasn’t great during blood orange. We’ll be making an effort to get a spot nearer the front for anyone we particularly care about over the weekend  - not enough staff around (and the ones that are there are largely useless). Most other festivals have them everywhere and are happy to help
