Sheryl Crow and Two Door Cinema Club were both excellent. I have to say the live streaming on iPlayer is a brilliant idea and works really well.

What was the verdict on Tame Impala? I could hear them from where I was working & thought it sounded good.

However, the funniest bit of the coverage was during Bastille's set when Dan went and jumped on the barrier. Not for Dan, but for what was in front of him. Can just see some BBC producer in the background screaming "change the angle NOW!!!" if you haven't seen it then no spoilers from me

So far Idles has been the best I've seen. Watching John Hopkins now and looks amazing. Interpol vocals weren't great but otherwise not bad. Watched some Tame Impala and Stormzy last night and need to re-watch (bit drunk) but both looked brilliant. TDCC also good. Taped the highlights on red button but seems to be on a loop. The one Jorja Smith song on them was really good.

Lizzo and idles are easily the best I've seen from the comfort of my sofa. I haven't actually watched Kylie yet but heard the set on Radio 2 and it sounded awesome.

All looked great on TV and worth a watch. Annoyed BMTH wouldn't allow filming

Jungle, Foals, Lizzo, Jon Hopkins, Stormzy, and Fontaines DC have probably been my sofa highlights. Vampire Weekend and Loyle Carner were good today.

Ah haha.. True that! He is quite the cat. 

Watched a good bit today Inc Kylie twice! 2nd time as our eldest wanted to watch. 

Vampire Weekend were excellent, the perfect band for a Sunday chill out in the sunshine. Enjoyed Billie Eilish. Sigrid too. 

Really enjoying The Cure now. 

 

Whilst on paper, the line up probably didn't overly suit me, I think it has been really great and the beeb's coverage esp on the iPlayer is incredible. 

Roll on 2020!

For me the best bits have been those that I probably wouldn’t have gone to see if I’d been there - which will be something to think about next year.  Absolute loved Stormzy (chance of me seeing him if I was at the festival about 15%), The Killers (45%), Kylie (5%) and Mylie (0%).  If I’d been there I would have spent most of my time at West Holts and the Park - nothing from either stage has come across brilliantly to me from the TV but I haven’t caught up with everything yet.
