Evening. Is anyone else getting this problem? When I try to view any page the site redirects me to a "You've won an iPhone" page. Only happening on iPhone using safari. Looks like the below.

Help!

I don't mean the normal ads btw - that's all good. Just at the moment it's like there is a fault on the site? It stops me being able to see any pages.

sorry about these problems. Dodgy ads sometimes get thru the systems that should stop them.

I've already reported the problems back to the ad-house. Unfortunately trying to get someone to fix them over a bank holiday weekend is proving difficult, but at worst they'll be stopped first thing tomorrow.

The adds so to speak aren't the big issue, it's the window pop ups with pc has a virus or win something and the only way back is to close down and reopen.

So it recognises your log in details then? I’m gonna sign up when I get back from my hols ?

Yup. Login with username as usual but it recognises the gold membership assigned to your account

How does gold block the adds?

yep, that's it - when you're logged in, it knows you've purchased 'gold', so knows to not serve you ads.

Ive had this continuously for the last 4 days, You can see a page for no longer than 3 seconds then loads a hijack ad. All pages, forum, posting etc. Im pretty sure it only affects IOS safari, it seems fine on other browsers

This is what I'm getting. ☹️

So gold stops all ads? Even the ones that I'm seeing that aren't meant to be served in any case?
