Oh I thought she was pretty well respected? I dunno. Dead cert for BST anyway.

Dead cert for BST anyway. ‘Respected’ yeah but firmly a legacy act. Not sure why she’d be booked these days unless Emily was a particular fan of that song which wimped out of being a criticism of Trump (and indeed could easily be read as pro-Trump/anti-Obama). Also, she headlined V two years ago so placing her would be interesting. Anyway, yeah, dunno. dentalplan
If there was a rock song for the 00’s it was U2 - Vertigo. But that doesn’t even come close to P!nk’s Missundaztood masterpiece.

Hey Ya by OutKast needs to be up there to for the title of most 00’s song.

Gucci Piggy
Wasn't Beautiful Day the intro music to some football highlights show back in the day? Pretty sure that's how I heard of U2. Edit: Yeah, The Premiership. Edited October 11, 2018 by Gucci Piggy

Gnomicide
All That You Can't Leave Behind is a great album apart from Beautiful Day which I really dislike.
Xeph1995
Supermassive black whole has a shout for 00s rock song, heard that everywhere. I guess 06 puts it a bit late in the naughties though. Think were forgetting Seven Nation Army Edited October 11, 2018 by Xeph1995
