Not that I'm aware of. Worst part of the festival build up, holding out hope for bands like this, everything seems right for them to play and then bam, nothing.

On a serious note my music taste is varied but metal is where my heart lies, so would welcome more heavy acts. I Was very happy to see Metallica headline a few years ago.

If you want metal go to download or bloodstock.

 

Radiohead might do My Iron Lung. That's got metal in it.

I've heard that slipknot will be opening the festival Friday morning on the other stage, but they'll be wearing masks of Chris martin instead their usual outfits and doing Coldplay covers
