 Funny you say that but I had Crome, Firefox and IE running yesterday and it was IE I got through on!

Exact same with me. and IE was one of two that I wasn't hammering F5 on

I have found safari to be very successful 

I've never got through in 7+ attempts with Safari. Chrome worked though. Pot luck.

I guess slightly more chances, that you hit the server when it has an "open slot"  but you could lose concentration if you have to many. (and as others said , one tab per browser/incognito window)

IE 9 and above is fine.

My view is getting past the queue screen is a lottery, if you press F5 at the time when a 'space' becomes available then you're in

 

So if the sales window is 30 mins, I want to press F5 as many times has I can to increase my change of winning this lottery.

 

If I flick between browsers and tabs, am I going to increase or decrease my amount of F5 presses? I think decrease, as long as the pages load quicker than I can flick between tabs/browers.

 

I normally have two browsers - firefox and safari - I generally F5 one tab on one of them and swap to the other if there are loading problems

There is no best browser. We're fucked, absolutely, The Nas style weather forecasting fucked.

None of us are going to get tickets, we might as well tell work we can do cover over the weekend all next june. Doomed.

Chrome worked for me last night. 

 

Two tabs. One i let do the 20 second auto refresh the holding page does for you, the other I hammered F5 like there was no tomorrow.

 

My auto refresh tab got me in, and unlike others on here, i had no issues with the reg numbers page or choosing the coach. Best of luck on sunday all
