Btw, this week we won't have to wait until Friday 4pm. Studio Brussel is starting a big charity show and will be drawing all media attention to itself on Friday. Przvious years they also avoided giving names during that show, instead announcing on Wednesday last year.

Queen doing a Brussels arena show in June. That leaves Elton John and Neil Young for TW Classic contenders, unless they're altering the format and putting Coldplay there with some pop acts.

Usually TW classic books the classic acts, aiming at a slightly older audience than RW. But there are rare occasions where it's different (Black Eyed Peas headlined once).

AC DC is playing in Werchter Site May 16th according Ticketmaster Spain (this date is not in their Facebook announcement, but Ticketmaster will sell the tickets for their Spanish date in Sevilla, and that date isn't also included in their Facebook post). Maybe this is the TW classic act.

That was my first thought as well, but apparently it's a holiday. Same holiday as in 2012, when Metallica played Werchter Boutique on a Monday, so getting permission shouldn't be an issue.

Neil Young will play on the 24th of June 2016 in Belgium - Antwerp Sportpaleis.

They usually share about 10-20 acts. These two you mentioned are indeed great possibilities and I like to see them too but other Belgian festivals might suit them better.
