Like you say, the posters obviously fake, but it might be worth wondering who could on this lineup could realisticly end up at the actual festival. The Killers? Adele? Drake? All names which we haven't really thought about. Opinions?

Tame Impala would be decent addition.  See Nile Rodgers is taking Fold festival to London the week before RW.  How would Chic go down at Werchter ?

I'd love to see Chic as Sunday night party act after Florence! Would be a great closer imo! How likely, I'm not sure.

I work for Zumic.  We were getting some traffic from your site to our Rock Werchter event page (link above), so I checked and you're absolutely right. That poster is fake and the lineup isn't accurate.  Sorry for any confusion, we've fixed it up as soon as we noticed our mistake!!!

I have my fingers crossed massively for Tame Impala, hoping they'll headline the barn but I'm thinking they may be too big in Belgium but I just don't see them pulling off outdoor stages.

I think I'll break down if we don't get new names tomorrow!

Believe strongly ! I'd be surprised if Tame Impala does not play at Rock Werchter. Now, after viewing who's still possible for RW and touring, I'm hoping for Glen Hansard, Gogol Bordello, Frightened Rabbit, Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats, The Lumineers and Stereophonics.

These are the bands I am really hoping for and can make the lineup even more awesome:

From Download Festival that Graspop doesn't have (yet): Korn, Breaking Benjamin, Billy Talent, Halestorm, Deftones
And other bands around: Five Finger Death Punch, Tenaciuos D, Of Monsters and Men, Bloc Party and SIXX: A.M.

Other wishes: Blink-182, Bruce Springsteen, Myles Kennedy (with Slash or Solo), Godsmack, Papa Roach and Starset

Glad for Parov Stelar and PJ Harvey, but I expect more. Guns'N'Roses are too expensive for Rock Werchter. I'd be disappointed if it's Gun'sN'Roses cause that means that the other names will be cheap names. So please no GnR. Honestly, who is satisfied for the moment ?

Personnally, I don't care the fuck of MO, Jamie XX, Beirut (worst gig I've ever been to), Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Richard Hawley and Courtney Barnett. It sounds like Coachella.

    • I agree the prices are tough for locals. You can see if Porto timetable is the type that works for you and it's a terrific city. Also cheaper. https://www.primaverasound.com/es/porto/lineup-porto
    • thanks XXialac! i guess for us the most important aspect will be a festival that starts very late in the day, specially in these southern countries were it can be really hot! The combination of visiting a new city, having good lunches and enjoying a festival is a absolute must for us. Also, we like headliners but the undercard is just as important; truly enjoyed Men I trust, NewDad, Big Thief this year so from that angle it is not really a big thing if a festival is somewhat smaller.    Apparently my bad, i had 5 in my system but 0.5 (10%) increase is still huge. I am not sure how teenagers can afford these prices............
    • That second part was how I felt about Rock IM Park this year trying first. I found that when it gets to like the 3rd act on the main stage down, you've gotta make a choice to miss anything leading up might not enjoy and it's sometimes while closer for not a great view as everyone in turn has to make the call too. Being short doesn't help as I'd just be able be further bacm but still see.
    • I wasn’t slagging Scooter off, they are undeniably silly. As I said, they are the definition of a meme booking for Download. People requested them for years because it was silly.
