That'd be nice. 3rd seems awfully high for RTJ though but I can't see anywhere else on the bill they'd slot in.

Correct me if i'm wrong but aren't they supporting Green Day on their US tour which overlaps R+L. They definitely were a month or so ago but dunno if that's changed since

Quite odd that Idles are on the festival republic stage, was expecting them on the lockup/pit. Seriously do recommend though, saw them yesterday and they were really good. One of my favorite albums this year for sure.

RTJ could sub for Flume or Haim still surely? Or is subbing NME too small for them?

Neck Deep finished recording their new album today, and I can't remember anything about exclusivity at Slam Dunk so I'm expecting them to be added on Friday. NME on YMAS day would be my guess.

I'd say so given they did it last time. I suppose they could slot in below Blossoms but then they're too high as well.

I also see that Run The Jewels are in Glasgow on the 24th of August, which kinda points to them playing the festival too, so I reckon they'll be 3rd down.

Did think this but seem to be playing some fairly big venues on their upcoming tour. Bigger than While She Sleeps surely, who someone mentioned could be headlining earlier.

It is strange how they aren't down to play a UK Fest but I just imagined they may now have a December Exclusive Brixton thing.

I still think that the fact they're free on the Friday and Sunday of R&L weekend is very telling.

Muse are one of those bands that anyone could sub to and they wouldn't look out of place.

R&L and Glastonbury seem to prefer having Indie bands sub them though.
