You are, and a clueless one too! James have been selling out tours since they reformed back in 2007, have released nearly as many albums since then than before, are on the bill at a shed load of festivals and are far better on the stage than fucking Flo, Libs, Swift and 95% of others already mentioned!

And on that note, what about Pulp?

Yeah and they are halfway down/very low on the line ups at any major festivals, they do not have the kind of popularity to headline festivals Glastonbury's size these days so no, not clueless at all.

Just had a look at their upcoming schedule and their next festival performance is a slot at 'Splendour in Nottingham' where they're billed under The Specials

Can Ash be slotted in somewhere?  I don't care if they headline (although I did dinghy Stevie Wonder in 2010 because Ash were headlining the John Peel) but they are my fave band ever...

Otherwise would love to see Blur again

Would be happy with QOTSA but are they even touring?

Nah they're not, this is the issue with some acts being banded about - I can't imagine any act turning around with 10 days notice and saying 'yeah we'll headline the Pyramid despite not having a show'

For that reason I think it's limited to 3/4 acts, the most likely being Florence.

Headlined Bearded Theory, Headlining Kendall Calling, Headlining a few smaller ones inc one near me, Bingley, busy pretty much every weekend over the summer but yeah, they're not popular...

When was the last time you went to one of their gigs?

    • So bad honestly. I get that bad weather happens but their communication was non existent. When you're managing crowds of tens of thousands of people, it's just not good enough. I left when Massive Attack was cancelled (the first time) and it genuinely did feel unsafe trying to get out. No one knew what was going on, people still sitting in the ground when there were hoards of people trying to leave, no crowd management at all...   I've been to PS enough times to know sometimes you need to just roll with it but this was way worse than "the bar queue was 30 minutes long".    Today will be better but still feel super disappointed.
