Hopefully it will continue the trend of The Acoustic Stage's slow march back from complete mediocrity and obscurity. Really like it up there but its become a bit of a daytrippers safe haven.

I was hoping this was an announcement.

Try and see at least one act up here each year. I like the place but its got the worst sound setup of the whole festival. There's parts of the tent where you can't hear the music properly.

Quite agree - some great acts every year, but trying to listen to them can be so frustrating! Maybe this year they'll try something a bit different sound-wise - be a shame to cover the Moody Blues in a thick fog

Couldn't get to see Paul Heaton last year but had a great time watching Alison Moyet, agree about the sound but if you are in the middle it tends to be fine

I remember last year, during the power cut, Fisherman's Friends jumped down into the audience and performed the rest of their set unplugged. Fantastic moment.

No, it doesn't. Make it up myself for an hour or two every festival but it just seems a bit empty and sterile at times.

Although that could be the TCP taste from some of the scotch.

I loved our kidney mead spot in 2013 so it was a good place to start the day with a nice ale. Hoping to replicate it this year.
