If you look at last year's original announcement, too, some of the bigger acts e.g. Blur, YYYs, Prodigy were all added afterwards, so you'll probably get some more good names announced if last year is anything to go by. This year's first announcement has more names than last year's though.

Check out Meo Kalorama in Lisbon. Cheap city, cheap Ubers to and from festival. Lineup not released yet but we went in 2023 and it was great. We're doing Primavera Porto this year. I'm sure most listed on this thread are good. We didn't enjoy Open'er much, but it may have improved in last 10yrs.

I see Florence + the Machine have cancelled their festival appearances on 25th and 26th August - the next on their schedule is Meo on Saturday so we'll see in next few days whether they also cancel this one.
