Shangri La are playing the game too I see.

I actually messaged them and asked if they would be so kind to perhaps share any information they may or may not have. They replied saying "No idea I just saw it today and shared, think you can still get camper van tickets but not sure"...

Morning all and checking in.

Another day of heart stopping, nervously panicky squeaky bums and i'm sticking by yesterday's guess of 2pm today.

Once again, good luck when the time comes.....breathe in......and....breathe out.....

Hopefully the rain today will put some people off.

You know those bullshit long range summer weather forecasts that say it's going to be the best barbecue summer ever? We could do with one that says there's going to be torrential rain every day, particularly in June.

So I've been talking to my husband about how am I going to get secret resale tickets now I'm back at work till Friday....he said "if you get them great, if not don't worry!!!" I was speechless!!!

My boyfriend doesn't quite understand the seriousness of the situation. Because of my winning streak he has a feeling I'll win tickets. Told him Im not leaving it down to that chance! Fingers crossed for you!

Fingers crossed for you too! I'm usually quite lucky in competitions too, but not had much luck recently. I've planned my work clothes so I can fit my phone in my pocket and have it with me at all times lol!!

Same here kind of. I work on a construction site and I have a slip of paper in my wallet with all the details needed and have the home page on my browser on my phone set to the site just in case I'm not at the computer when it hits

I've done keyboard shortcuts on my phone, but thought if no one is around I could use the computer at work so will need to write down too....

Thankfully I'm doing no manual labour as such, more measuring and quantity surveying so I tend to be at the computer a lot of the time but knowing the powers that be, I'll be out on site just as it lands

    • I see, well even if they aren't on sale it's still not a disaster sales wise, it's not like they are struggling to sell a half capacity areana
    • Blue dot wouldn’t be a thing if Ticketmasters dynamic pricing went down as well as up, it proves that the dynamic pricing was just a scam to make more money rather than something that moved with the market supply/demand.
    • I agree that we’ll never really know up until the concert happens (and even then we still may not know) but I think promoters are having to come up with new tactics to combat ‘blue dot fever’ (already hating that phrase!) and trying to imply that concerts are selling better than they actually are / available tickets are in short supply is definitely one of them.    To add though, it is quite common at the O2 Arena for the rear blocks to not go on sale (and then remain closed for the concert and covered over to hide the empty seats). And equally common for standing to sell out first, then side/lower tier seating next and rear/upper tier seating last.    Jungle’s two concerts at the O2 are a good comparison for this - for their 1st (announced) date, all blocks are on sale and seats in all sections remain unsold, whereas for their 2nd date, the rear blocks are greyed out (more so than for Muse) and equally lots of seats remain unsold in the blue blocks. Standing for both concerts are showing as sold out.
    • MGK can and should headline. I was at one of his shows earlier in the year as a very casual fan, and there were a lot of alt people there. The show was actually class and he completely won me over. Anyone who opposes him headlining is just a gatekeeper imo, we need to move with the times.
    • Ultimately Glasto is just part of the festival circuit, however special we may think it is. The vast majority of its headliners have done many others
