In 2013 I took a group of friends for the first time, they were baffled by the scale, last year I took some different friends and my family and they absolutely adored the place! I love showing people around, taking them above the park etc, one of my favourite things to do!

Taking 2 of my aunties with me this year, they are in their 40's & 50's and it was a bit of a bucket list thing.

Cannot wait to walk them up the hill by the park and have a few drinks... in the sunshine obviously

Have a few newbies with us this year. One is terrified at the prospect of going on the lash for five days in a row, one is only going because he feels left out and another will probably not leave. An interesting Wednesday night beckons

I've managed to have at least 1 newbie with me every year since 2007. Always one of the highlights of the week sharing their first experiences.

Only 1 newbie this year. But can't wait to see her face when she get's up the stone circle for the first time

She bang into her NOS is she?

Awful the stone circle nowadays. Much prefer the Park.

My brother is supposed to be coming though that's in doubt. Be a shame as its great seeing a newby realising how utterly massive the place is

A little bird tells me that the new site manager is apparently going to really crack down on NOS usage around the site this year. Don't know how exactly - presumably get security to have a moan at them or something.

I'll hopefully be going with a couple of newbies, but it all depends on them getting tickets in the resale....

It's going to blow their minds!!!! (Well at least I hope so after the amount I've banged on about the festival to them over the years!).

Taking my mate who goes to loads and loads of festivals and loves them but never done Glasto. Cannot wait for her to see the place, as I know she'll appreciate it and don't think she has any idea how amazing it is (despite my daily updates about it)

Plus, we've secured a Tipi so she'll get the ultimate experience!
