lucky I have never had to go though all this as the last actual ticket I bought was in 1987 and it was in my hands quicker than it took me to type this sentence.I used to catch the tube to Old Street as there was a CND shop next to it - I would say Glastonbury tickets and the person would produce a book of tickets and would them count them out - in and out within two minuets.
