As much chance as anyone else mentioned, I don't get why so many are ruling them out....info is sketchy on all rumoured headliners atm

at least the other acts mentioned are touring / active. it may well be the Roses, but considering we haven't heard anything from them in nearly two years, it's a little hard to believe

I'm ruling it out because I've prepared for the worst, I refuse to get excited and then be more disappointed when it's not...

On a side note before keithy chips in, they would absolutely nail the pyramid headliner slot... but it ain't happening.

That's exactly the reason it could be them, they said they we're recording an album. They had songs written before the first live gigs as shown in Made of Stone.

What's with the sarcasm considering you appeared to be commenting on the previous post?

My point was rather vague, but I was essentially pointing out that any information you hear on twitter about anything (yes, anything) from people who claim to be in the know is usually false. People will post interesting 'info' for attention and to gain followers on twitter. I was using the fact that I've seen many different variations of the headliners from people who claim to be 'in the know' at Glastonbury as an example of this.

Are you happy now? Would you like me to justify every point I make on here to satisfy you? Would you like a back rub?

it still wouldn't surprise me if Madonna was announced tbh - a real out of the blue headliner

Oh ye, I forgot about Madonna. Considering there is so little evidence for anyone at all, I think we have all been downplaying her chances a little. I revise my Top 5 likelihood prediction to ....

1. Prince

2. Taylor Swift

3. Stone Roses

4. Madonna

5. Radiohead

(Florence to sub, unless the headliner has dropped out since Emily's interview)

Not really but I think you need some anger management mate haha if I made a mistake as to what you meant I apologize p just get to a therapist before you come through the glasto gates eh.

I'm not angry (I don't really get angry), I just felt the need to make my point.

I do know a few people who'd get angry at you for suggesting they see a therapist mind.

    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
