I've got a feeling that people might well be disappointed with the set that Muse play. I can't see them changing too much, other than to add the odd b-side and more new songs.

The 4 new songs within the 1st 6 I don't get that at all, they could have at least put one of them in the last 3.

They normally do open up with a few new ones at the start of new tours.I seem to remember they did two new ones first three songs last time they did Big Weekender.

The 4 new ones yesterday I can see in the set at download.

I can also see them doing Citizen Erased in which case they can play whatever else they want.

If they play Citizen Erased I will come in my pants and then nothing else will matter for the rest of the weekend. I might even eat my pants after. I can say this with confidence as they won't play it. They have conspired to ensure I never see it. Even going to extraordinary lengths to not play it when I have been present. The cvnts.

I will be seeing Andrew WK, MM then over to the rest of the Muse set, hopefully for when all the bollocks has been played.

What's the crack with these dog tag things?Am I able to use normal cash if I'm getting a day ticket off a mate?

Nope, ticket needs to be registered online and cash loaded onto the account. Nowhere accepts cash, food vendors, bars, merch stands etc. Edited by lightning1000

I know the bars will only work on tags but I’d be amazed if food stalls turned people away with a tenner in their hand. Even if one did it wouldn’t take much searching before you find a burger van owner who’ll accept cash. Regardless of what the Live Nation party line is.

    • I got in for £11.25 in the end, which was absolutely ridiculously good value, and made the queues and overselling of the venue much more tolerable! Sniping in on other people’s unwanted tickets on the day of an event might become my new hobby I think 🥳
    • Ann and Nancy Wilson are planning a final world tour for HEART starting next year. They were never at Glastonbury. They should do it.
    • sub yes I could see but I don't think they get 1hr 15, a headliner starting at 18:15 though is unlikely. Even the recent co-headlines that have had like 1hr 15 then a 1hr 30 after were on 8pm or just before, you are trailing behind more than 1.5 hours then. In that scenario some 3rd down bands are only starting at 18:15 and some haven't lol. I agree they won't not book them due to this but it won't be 6 headliners. It would be 5 headliners and you wouldn't want to see 5 headliners booked but Biffy were to not be thouhgt of as an option for one. Wolf Alice on the other hand could sub no bother and you'd think nothing of it. I'm not so sure Biffy would get headline though after the festival choice in Kendal this year.
    • Definitely. UKIP also used Merkel welcoming 1 million Afgans to Europe in 2015 during the brexit vote.   Politicians in other countries within the EU know the are going to lose voters to parties to the right of them over stuff like this and they've no control over it.
