I had resigned myself to not going this year so was amazed to get tickets this morning. However, I don't know if I can get time off work. I pray someone takes pity on me and swaps annual leave weeks.

It was just me and my son last year. This year will me me and my husband (back together after five years separated) and my son and his wife (who he hadn't even met last June!)

It was most weird, I left the laptop on autorefresh and the URL's changes from 800002 to 800012!!!

actually on safari on my brothers 10 year old mac i managed get through while i was inputting my details on my laptop but i closed the window to free up space for other people

Skin of our teeth! Me and a friend both trying for her, I had three browsers on the PC, iPad and Phone both over 3G, and VPN.

One of my browsers (Internet Explorer) finally got through at 9.08, booked by 9.09. At 9.10 all the browsers switched over to 'Sold Out'!

Think it goes to show that if you are determined and organised enough, keep up with whats happening on here and try in the resales then you have a good chance of getting tickets, and that the only time when many people do really miss out is when massive headliners like U2 or The Stones are playing like with the last few years.

I got to the booking page at 9:03, then realised (after entering) that my friend had given me her credit card details, not her debit (I already have my ticket from the original sale, thanks to a wonderful efests board member). By the time she'd given me her new details over the phone, they had sold out :-(. I'm gutted, because I didn't realise I could have just used my debit card (thought because her billing address etc. came up when I put in the details it would need to be her card).

So I am going alone, for the third time... Scary. Also, I've posted in the lift share thread but if anyone has room in their car (and their heart) for a tiny orphan from South London, or knows if anyone is running a minibus again (got one in 2008 and it was great fun), then please let me know (my friend was the designated driver)

I managed to get through... twice! two transactions on two cards. 3 tickets all in all. pretty happy with that!

I managed to bag 4 tickets in the first 3 minutes - both Chrome and Firefox loaded the booking page at the same time, I nearly shat myself with excitement/nerves.

Turns out my friend was also in and panicking because it wouldn't let him book (obviously because I had just paid for them) so he then tried for another friend, and got her ticket sorted!

Never been so easy for us. It's actually the first time I've ever managed to purchase tickets myself!

Didn't try for tickets in October, tried on Thursday and didn't get a sniff, got through and bought tickets at 9:02 today. After that I kept trying out of interest and didn't get through again so I'm feeling bloody lucky right now. First time going, so excited!

Got 2 and a campervan ticket at about 9.05 couldn't believe our luck as first time I wasn't quick enough and they sold the tickets to someone else, I didn't get a campervan ticket option first time so when I tried immediately after and there was a campervan ticket I couldn't believe our luck.

We'll done to all who got them, sorry for those who didn't.

Got tickets for me and all friends who had missed out originally! Properly buzzing right now!!!

Tried for a few people on here afterwards but sold out v.quickly. Gutted for those who didn't make it but as people are saying keep your eyes on the forum for the resales, still lots of chances.
