He's just announced a similar collaberation which includes "Nelly Furtado, Kelis, St Vincent, How To Dress Well, Devonté Hynes, Nico Mulhy and Ira Glass, David Byrne, tUnE-yArDs, + MORE" which has shows in New York and Toronto over Glasto-time.

Though I don't think the Atomic Band thing is Byrne-dependant. It is a Luaka Bop thing, but I think it's similar to Africa Express where it's just a rotating / collaborative line-up around a core band.

yeah but it'll be a bit rubbish watching it thinking I could be watching this when it had Byrne in it. Beady Eye are Oasis with a core band doesn't make them any good.

They were at Latitude as the Sunday lunchtime slot, no David Byrne or Damon Albarn (even though he had played the night before). Was still a great set, really enjoyed it.
