Nice free money there folks! Only seeing this now would loved to had a bash at placing a bet on it as my bet this year was on the Mac for the Sunday and that cash vanished!! Would have liked a chance to get it back.

I'm not entirely sure, but from the info that's come my way I think you'd have lost that bet. As far as i'm aware, the latest plan for Mac before they pulled out was the Friday.

Can't see the National subbing the Pyramid. Subbing the Other maybe. Outside of us groovsters, few people have heard of them.

... I know the same could probably be said for Nick Cave last year, but he's a little more well known than the NationalI would have thought

Slightly unrelated, but I remember last year Paddy Power were taking bets on what The Rolling Stones would open with, and Jumpin' Jack Flash was the outside bet at around 20,30/1. Very suspicious if you ask me!

What happened with Michael Eavis saying last year that the headliners for 2014 hadn't played the festival before? Was it an elaborate ruse?

Also, will be funny if Elbow are headlining Glastonbury but down the bill at T in the Park to the likes of Calvin Harris.

EDIT: Ah okay, they were up against Coldplay, hence the awful crowd. I can't imagine a crowd problem like that occurring at Glastonbury.
