Have two Sam Fender tickets for Saturday for £130 for the pair (Face Value). Wasn't expecting the wife to be fairly heavily pregnant... They're physical tickets (Who remembers those??) so would prefer to meet in person.

Overall, I really enjoyed them last night. I was worried some of the new stuff wouldn’t translate very well in a stadium but Bodypaint was next level. I honestly don’t hate the ‘can’t be bothered attitude’. I don’t really see it as that, I just think it’s Alex’s persona. My only negatives were Cornerstone as an opener. It’s my favourite song but it’s too slow and almost feels wasted as an opener. Also why do they need to slow down parts of songs?! View from the Afternoon is a prime example. Slowing down the chorus just puts the whole crowd out of time, I even think Matt Helders struggles with it. I’m not at glasto this year but if I was, I’d probably give them a miss as I struggle to see how different it would be but overall it was a solid set and I don’t think people will be disappointed!

We got crushed getting into NYC on Thursday night when it opened 3 queues formed, no one there to direct people. Security were taking bribes to let people hop the fence. Really bad vibes

Wednesday we normally do a pub crawl starting at the Park area and working clockwise, back in good time for the opening ceremony. A decent way to see the sights and spend half your weekends budget... Thursday changes year on year but it's nice to start the evening with Baggy Mondays, then either Beat Hotel, Glade, SE Corner. Just a proper bimble! Love the first two days!

Saw London Grammar last night at Leeds Beckett SU. It was an album launch show so it was a shorter set than usual. They were absolutely phenomenal. The sort of band that can really control the crowd. You could hear a pin drop when Hannah was doing some of her solo singing. Anyone that's going to see them on their upcoming tour is in for a treat!

Saw these on Friday at Scarborough. Picked up two tickets at half price, which were back row in the far corner. We arrived and the seats were covered and we were told our tickets had been moved to competition winning tickets. When I saw the new seats I couldn't believe it! We were moved to the front row in the centre block. £22 for the best seats in the house and Chic were unbelievable
