It's more to do with it will encourage bands to tour the Euro fests later in the summer and even more so with FR putting it on it.

Couple of weeks apart. Same as R+L and Sziget or Pukkelpop but run by same promoters. Remains to be seen what kind of acts this Lollapalooza books anyway.

First R+L announcement is only about three and a half weeks away now isn't it? Still completely in the dark regarding headliners, aside from the Linkin Park 'rumour'.
