I dont think your getting this, people are posting the ones saying access denied because its means there is page there, we just cant acess it .

The ones you have posted just say not found which doesnt mean anything.

When you open the all time low one it adds a space at the end of the url for some reason. If you take that out it comes up as access denied.

Yeah but symbols like hyphens could have weird codes like &&#?%?%?@?+ or something. Like on some forum's if you quote a user who has a hyphen in their username it changes it to something like that.
